Sales staff were professional and experienced throughout our transaction and final delivery of purchased automobile.
Michael Eddy was excellent. He was on top of every step of the process and kept me informed on status of delivery of vehicle. Not sure what the hold up was getting us to finance as it was a cash deal. Once in finance it went quickly. Louis in finance was also excellent. I feel dealership could do a better job expediting getting people into finance!

The process of purchasing our Enclave was really smooth. We inquired about a specific color combo, they found us one and had it available to test drive in a day. I went into the showroom on a 80 degree day a few weeks back and it was stiffling hot. No A/C for a long while, so much for customer comfort. Then I heard a man screaming obsceneties from his office and was told it was the head guy (Kyle). How is this allowed? Isn't he suppose to lead not demoralize his staff? That made me question why I would want to buy from this dealership if the head person is not in control of himself. Very unprofessional.

Complete nightmare since I made the mistake of saying yes to this purchase, worst follow up and customer service, nothing but empty promises and lies of time frames for resolutions. Slow to move on nearly everything. Committed to valeting the car just purchased,but it did not happen(we left after waiting over 2 hours and could not wait any longer). Committed to supply a full tank of fuel,but it did not happen! We just made it home where we added 16 gallons to fill the tank! Everything appeared to be in slow motion.
