I took my GMC Sierra to Fountain GMC to have them fix three things, A clogged AC drain line, a squeak coming from the back of the vehicle and an occasional slip in the transmission. I have an extended warranty and I was told they would contact the warranty company and call me back with an estimate. The sales department is a great place. Do not trust or take your vehicle in for service, Fountain service are a bunch of criminals they install parts without diagnosing your vehicles problems. The service manager Nestor Diaz is a criminal that is stealing from GMC and Acura by installing warranty parts that the vehicles don’t need. The labor rate is outrageous and the company is pocketing all the money without any pay rises to the Tech. The place is a cesspool of filth and the management is a joke and criminals. Stay Away far away.

Terrible customer service, I have called for a week to try and get someone to help me, I love over 3 hours away, and can’t stop by or I would, my brand new truck is broken and no one will call me back or help me out, the truck was broken when I purchased it, I didn’t notice till the next morning it was on the passenger side where the salesman was sitting. I have sent pictures and videos still no response or help. Very very disappointing.

This is by far the absolute worst service I've ever seen at a GMC dealer. Bring in my 2024 GMC AT4 2500 for an oil change. Once it's done, I see that they've left all of their protective wrapper garbage for me to throw away. Not just the floor mats, but the steering wheel and shifter covers as well. Then a couple of week and 500 miles later, I discover that they forgot to put the oil cap back on. Not a dig about the dealership staff but I had a 1 PM appointment for a brand new vehicle with ac not working. When I arrived I was told that the 1PM appointment did not mean they would get to it right away and it could take two hours. Never received any updates on the progress. It took over 3 hours. Side note....the rest rooms in the service area need an update. They are clean but look like something out of the 80's. The sales rep told me that there was no dents on the vehicle and I took a train all the way to Orlando from West Palm Beach and there was a big Dent in the vehicle. Jesse was great and helped me with what I needed. But I was first given my used car I purchased still dirty and even when I test drove it they had not cleaned it from the previous owner. I have never seen a dealership present in this way, especially a luxury one. Jesse had the vehicle cleaned but even getting it back it still had fingerprints and some minor stains that could’ve also been cleaned but they rushed due to low staff.
