Horrible dealings with Fountain GMC. They never return phone calls and that's from the sales person to the General Manager. We cancelled our extended warranty within the 30 day time period to receive the full payment back. We filled out the paperwork and was advised by Kari that it was received. On 6/1 we called Imperial Warranty and they had received the paperwork and sent the check to Fountain. We called Kari and was told they had received the money and that the check would be sent to GM Financial within a few days(we had a loan and that the money for the warranty would come off that balance) We continued to watch our account to see if the money had been sent. On 6/16 we called Kari and was told the check was sent some where between 6/5-6/9 to GM Financial. On 6/17 we paid GM Financial off and still no money for the warranty has been received. Called Kari again. She said check must have been lost and she needs verification from GM Financial that it is not showing and that the loan has been paid. We sent her the info GM financial sent us. We don't understand why she couldn't have done that. Still no idea where the money is and nothing but a run around from Kari and Fountain GM.

Sales staff were professional and experienced throughout our transaction and final delivery of purchased automobile.

Michael Eddy was excellent. He was on top of every step of the process and kept me informed on status of delivery of vehicle. Not sure what the hold up was getting us to finance as it was a cash deal. Once in finance it went quickly. Louis in finance was also excellent. I feel dealership could do a better job expediting getting people into finance!

All the process went very well, great experience, clear communication and information, open to discussion and support with questions. Brian did a great job. Appreciate all his support.

This is the only GMC dealership in Florida with which I will buy or lease a new vehicle. I used to also shop Orange Buick/ GMC but no more. Fountain GMC offers the best prices and selection and Andrew Kenimer is their best sales person.
